Home Improvement Fund

Andy and I moved into our apartment in Riverdale in Fall 2024 -- we love our place, but there are some home improvement projects we have in mind that could spruce it up. For example, replacing our sliding closet doors with ones that are less heavy (and actually stay in a track!), replacing our ancient air conditioners, replacing light fixtures, etc.
