Product Details

Borosilicate glass door with ClearView technology helps prevent soot and ash buildup. Compatible with wood or charcoal; optional gas burner (sold separately) enables propane use. Maximum temperature of 950°F / 500°C. Cooks pizzas in as little as 60 seconds. Integrated thermometer and SureGrab door handle. 15 mm cordierite baking stone. Includes Karu 2 oven main body, chimney and oven door, burner tray and grate, cordierite baking stone, fuel hatch, draft defender plate, and Torx key. Limited 1-year manufacturer warranty.

Care Instructions

Allow oven to cool completely before cleaning. Brush debris from the baking stone once cool. Wipe exterior and glass door with a soft, damp cloth.
